We are thrilled to announce the upcoming photo exhibition "Through My Own Eyes" by renowned animation director Aida Zябликова, opening in San Francisco on April 4th, 2025, at the Svoimi Slovami Cultural Center!


About Aida Zyablikova

Aida is a celebrated animation director with over 25 films under her belt, many of which have received awards at international festivals. Her impressive credentials include:

  • Award from the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA)

  • Nomination for an Oscar for the joint project with the UK - "The Canterbury Tales"

Aida has also taught animation directing for many years, inspiring a new generation of filmmakers.


From Animation to Photography

Now living in Silicon Valley, Aida has discovered a new passion for photography. Her creative curiosity drives her to see the ordinary in a different way, expressing her impressions in new and exciting images.

Aida's passion has inspired many, and she has created the "Own View" photo club in California, where people learn to see, notice the unexpected, and think creatively.
