Kirill Golubkov
Chief Executive Officer
A corporate communications, PR and marketing professional, Kirill Golubkov has more than two decades of experience in advising and supporting Fortune 500 CEOs, top executives and board members across nonprofit, B2B and B2C sectors in Eastern Europe and the USA.
Recognized by industry peers for building and maintaining outstanding stakeholder collaboration, he is dedicated to safeguarding corporate reputation with a focus on integrity and humanitarian values. Kirill holds a Master’s degree in Linguistics with minors in Journalism and Foreign Affairs from the Moscow State Linguistics University.

Zoya Efimova
Chief Financial
Officer
Zoya Efimova, a co-founder of SSCC, is a renowned educator and founder of Svoimi Slovami school in Cupertino and San Francisco. She designs her signature linguistic programs for bilingual children and is a skilled teacher with a contemporary approach. Her teaching style is characterized by empathy and attention to detail, sparking enthusiasm in every student.
Zoya holds a Ph.D. in Philology from the Russian State University for the Humanities and has extensive teaching and research experience in Russia, Japan, and the USA.

Leonid
Belotserkovsky
Chief Communications
Officer
Leonid Belotserkovsky was raised in San Francisco and holds a double degree in Economics and in Slavic Languages and Literature from UC Berkeley.
With dozens of successful projects in distribution and business development under his belt, he continuously worked in construction and MedTech industries across the European Union and US markets.
Being an avid art and antique book collector, he owns an art gallery in Venice, Italy.
